Dear Erica,

It isn't your seasoned expertise, your welcoming personality, your beautiful smile that sets you an CLS apart. It finally occurred to me what it is as I watched you videos ( no offence Brent, but Erica stole the show). It is your "let me help you" attitude that comes through so loudly and distinctly. So many bankers and lenders are smug and condescending with their clients.

Congratulations on a great interview and a passion that won't quit.

Erica is right, it is very difficult and time consuming being a business owner. It will be easier to love what you do, especially when you will be working longer hours and more days than on an average job. However, it will pay off in the end!

Erica-

GREAT information. As a former banker and commercial real estate broker, I don't think a business owner could get any better advice. I hope some of my banking friends and commercial brokers will watch the video and keep you in mind for their clients and prospects.

Great interview! Keep up the good work.

Erica,

I think the videos and all these re-branding are awesome! How do you plan to use OR leverage all this? What are your steps to success?

Brent-I would have to say that my biggest business blonder has been NOT being a good steward of my time. I am on the phone now with a client who has zero experience, zero money, and no plan to move their business forward. But I continue to listen, knowing fully well that I will not be able to help. I have a passion for business owners (probably because I am one) but I should definitely be spending time working with clients that have a higher probability of success. It's really tough sometimes to make the responsible choice.

Erica - I meant to ask you this while you were on the show. Can you share your biggest business blonder with us and what you have learned from it? I think we can all learn from each other's mistakes. Mine has always been doing to many things at once! I had to learn to let some aspects of business go... and learned I can truly strengthen certain elements. Make sense?
